Injury update: Karim Benzema | April 7, 2016
Karim Benzema was taken off late in the first half against Wolfsburg with a knee injury, but testing conducted on Thursday revealed that he only suffered a bruised tendon in his left knee.
Zidane is unlikely to risk the forward in this weekend’s league match against Eibar. However, Benzema should be fine to feature in the Champions League return leg on April 12.
